Yes! A Meet & Greet gives you and your pets a chance to get acquainted with your sitter, review routines, and discuss feeding, medications, home access, and any special instructions.
Can you care for multiple pets or pets with special needs?
Yes! We care for households with multiple pets and can typically administer medications, including injections. Discuss your pets’ special needs with your local office team so we can review care requirements and any additional options.
How will I know how my pet is doing while I’m away?
Through the myFetch app, you’ll receive pet journals with visit updates, photos, and notes about your pet’s activities and care. You can also communicate directly with your sitter, share instructions, and ask questions, helping you stay connected and feel confident that your pet is receiving the attention they need.
